Job Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all Mining Acts, Rules, and Statutory Regulations.
Use various mine planning techniques to determine efficient and safe mining methods.
Supervise and optimize mining operations, equipment deployment, and production targets.
Manage daily drilling, blasting, loading, and transportation operations.
Plan and implement preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
Monitor breakdowns and improve equipment efficiency.
Train mining officials and competent persons as per statutory requirements.
Handle workforce succession planning, interpersonal issues, and ensure a harmonious work environment.

Candidate Requirements:
Degree in Mining Engineering (BE/B.Tech/M.Tech).
First Class Mines Manager Certificate (Metal/Non-Metal).
Minimum 5 years of hands-on mining experience.
Strong knowledge of mine planning, safety standards, and equipment management.
