Job Overview:

SRB International Pvt. Ltd., a global player in mining equipment, consumables, and project execution, is seeking a Business Development Manager / Assistant General Manager (Mining). The selected candidate will lead business growth initiatives, identify new mining opportunities, and build long-term relationships with industry clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in mining projects and equipment (Coal, Iron Ore, Limestone, etc.).

Build and maintain strong professional networks with mining companies, EPC contractors, and government bodies.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitor strategies.

Collaborate with internal departments for efficient project delivery.

Lead client presentations, proposals, and technical-commercial discussions.

Prepare tender documents and manage project-based sales.

Represent the company at key industry events and exhibitions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering / Mechanical / Industrial / Business or related field.

3–8 years of experience in business development within the mining, equipment, or services sector.

Strong understanding of the mining value chain and stakeholder ecosystem.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business analytics.

Willingness to travel to client and project sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or Postgraduate degree in Marketing/Sales (added advantage).

Knowledge of government tendering & project-based sales.

Existing network in public and private mining companies.
