3. Certification: Valid First Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal or Metal)


4. Knowledge Required:

Mines Rules, MMR, MCDR & MMDR Act

Statutory Compliances & recent amendments

Software Skills: SAP, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint



5. Personal Skills: Strong communication, leadership & teamwork abilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct audits of mining operations and ensure statutory compliance

Identify and report risks, inefficiencies, and quality deviations

Carry out regular inspections of mine equipment & infrastructure

Analyze operational data to improve performance & safety

Plan, execute, and prepare technical reports & presentations
